Myofunctional Therapy

Helping children and adults catch their breath.

What is Myofunctional Therapy?

Myofunctional therapy is essentially summed up as:

“Physical therapy for your head and neck with special emphasis on your airway.”

The goal of therapy is to help strengthen the oral facial muscles and retrain proper tongue posture. Just as physical therapy helps to train our muscles post-injury, myofunctional therapy helps the soft tissues of the mouth, face, and neck.
